SB Sweat was created to cater to a growing population of people desiring to get a kick- butt workout with very little equipment and very low cost. We alternate between explosive cardio drills, resistance moves, plyometrics, core and balance work.
No contracts, no commitments, just a guaranteed intense total body training program every time you show up. We guarantee you will lose a minimum of 10 lbs or 2 pant sizes if you stick with our program. Get out of the gym, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors with a large local group of people with the same goal!

What’s the deal with the headbands?
This year we wanted to reward hard work. If you show up to (4) of our SB Sweat events, you get a head band! Or, if we see you kicking butt during one of our workouts we might just throw one your way. Either way, once you receive it you need to wear it with pride.
